The International Festival of Historical Reconstruction "The Field of Abalak"

5 - 6 july, 2014, Tobolsk


The festival features tournaments of warriors and archers, buhurts (fighting clashes), show performnaces of historical reconstruction clubs, master classes on producing items of Middle Ages’ epoch, the competition-show of medieval clothing, competition in throwing a stump and a log, archery, a series of scandball games as well as fair of souvenirs and operation of pottery workshop, the night open-air “The Honey Feast".

The event takes place on the territory of the tourist complex "Abalak" in close proximity to the historic site of the battle between the army of Ermak and khan Kuchum.

The tourist complex "Abalak" represents a wooden fort – the reconstruction of Siberian stronghold.
