Euphrosinya Fair

At the fair dedicated to the memory of St. Euphrosinya of Suzdal the atmosphere of the XIX century is recreated, that is why it traditionally begins with prayer blessing water, consecration of the Market Square and the raising of the flag. At the fair one may not only buy useful agricultural products from the famous Suzdal Opolye but take part in entertainments: swing on swings, see circus and buffons’ performances, listen to the music played on harp and balalaika, participate in contests.
