The Reconstruction of the Battle of Maloyaroslavets

The military-historical festival dedicated to the Battle of Maloyaroslavets between the Russian army under the command of M.I. Kutuzov and Napoleonic troops. The battle was decisive for   the outcome of the Patriotic War of 1812.

Each year in October in the picturesque valley of river Luzha in the "fierce battle" “Russian” and “French” troops are clashed. More than 1000 representatives not only from Russian but  foreign military-historical clubs as well recreate dramatic battle scenes with spectacular special effects.
