Summing up the results of the competition will take place in a month, now an online voting goes on.

The competition (the second one) is a part of the Governor comprehensive project “Parks of Moscow region” to better recreation areas for residents.

"The project aim is the creation of parks’ infrastructure that is accessible for all residents of Moscow region, popularization of the achievements of Moscow region culture, promotion of environmental, historical-cultural and regional history knowledge, education of ecological culture among children, adolescents and youth.

The jury will name the winners according to a level of comfort, openness and accessibility of park, service culture and by "additional indicators", such as the availability of free wi-fi at park territory.

Parks of Moscow region compete in the following categories: "The best transformation of the park", "The best project of new park creation", "Creative approach to develop recreation zones for residents", "The best design of park children playground".

To learn what leisure park of Moscow region is named the best one the region residents may on August 23. The final round of the inspection-competition "Parks of Moscow region" will be held in the city of Podolsk that was the winner last year.
