As part of the festival of children and youth creativity "Crimean World", organized by the Ministry of culture of Russian Federation, in Simferopol and Yalta concerts, seminars and round table discussions for heads of children art schools were held.

More than 1,500 people took part in the festival. The People's Artists of Russia Nikolay Tsiskaridze and Vladimir Ovchinnikov, artists from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Krasnodar, Kazan held their master classes.

A gala concert in Evpatoria Theatre named after A.S. Pushkin at which the winners of Crimean stage of the All-Russian competition "The Young talents of Russia" were awarded has become the solemn event in the festival programme.

Diplomas and prizes to young talents were presented by People's Artist of Russia Nikolay Tsiskaridze.

In the gala concert creative teams from RAM named after Gnesins, the Academic Music College under Moscow Conservatory named after P.I. Tchaikovsky, Kazan, Krasnodar and St. Petersburg universities of culture and arts, the students of the Academy of Russian Ballet named after A.Ya. Vaganov, children creative teams and soloists from the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol have participated.

At the end of the concert the united choir of music schools from Crimean federal area conducted by the Rector of the Academy of choral art named after V.S. Popov Nikolay Azarov has performed the Hymn of Russian Federation.
