The National museum of the Republic of Adygea together with the Ethnography Department of the branch of the History museum of city-resort Sochi has opened the exhibition project "The traditional culture of Adygs" in the Olympic Park of the village of Lazarevskoye.

Based on the unique exhibits, the exhibition shows the evolution of world picture forming and features of the mentality of Adyg people, the nature of economic and cultural relations both within the ethnos and with other nations.

One may see more than 250 exhibits from the National Museum of the Republic of Adygea at the exhibition, including jewelry, samples of ancient gold embroidery, clothing, cold weapons, horse harness, documents and photo-materials on the history and culture of Adygs.

Visitors are offered with specially created recontructions of a living room, adyg maiden room, kitchen.

The exhibition starts with the section dedicated to the achievements and development prospects of the Republic of Adygea.

The presented documents, photos and videos display the main activities of modern Adygea, their fruitfulness and the prospect of further successful implementation.
