Kabardino-Balkaria republic is making preparations to meet the guests and participants of the III International Folklore Festival Dances over Elbrus, says press-service of the republic head.

The grand opening will take place on October 22. The participants of the III International Folklore Festival Dances over Elbrus will include groups from India, Philippines, Croatia, Turkey and France as well as tangueros Paola Frankioti and Orlando Scarpelli - a couple from Argentina.

The festival will be completed by awarding ceremony and gala concert of the participants on October 25 in House of Culture of trade unions.

In addition, within the III International Folklore Festival Dances over Elbrus the concerts of friendship are planned in the areas of Kabardino-Balkaria as well as the celebration of the national costume "Ornament of the world" and meetings of the festival participants with the guests and residents of the republic.
