The X-th International Christmas Festival of Arts will be held in Novosibirsk from December 1 to 19.

The event programme includes more than 230 activities. According to organizers, the planned activities represent various kinds of art, including drama, music, dance, painting and handy crafts.
In particular, concerts of Russian and foreign artists, artistic meetings with actors, directors and musicians will take place within the festival framework.

The leading theaters of Novosibirsk as well as Novosibirsk State Conservatory (academy) named after M.I. Glinka and Regional Center of Russian folklore and ethnography will be among the festival participants.

Novosibirsk Academic Symphony Orchestra (the soloist and conductor - Mikhail Pletnev) will take part in the festival opening ceremony while in the closing ceremony Chamber Orchestra of Novosibirsk State Philharmonic will participate.
