The festival, held on August 30 and 31, 2014, was organized by the Government of Khabarovsk Territory under the patronage of the Ministry of culture of Russian Federation and the Federal Agency for Tourism (Rosturizm).

In two days the festival of creative tourism was visited by several thousand people, the activities of the festival were held at four sites.

The festival of sand sculptures featured 10 works by the artists from Italy, France, Latvia, Finland, Spain and Russia.

At the site of the tourist complex “Zaimka” (forest settlement) the conference took place, its participants have exchanged views on the development of creative and event tourism in Eastern Russia and Asia-Pacific countries. The conference was attended by representatives of state and business structures from Japan, the People's Republic of China, Korea People's Democratic Republic, Russian tourism authorities, heads of tourism associations and companies from the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), Khabarovsk and Primorye territories, Amur region.

At "Zaimka" friendly volleyball match between the youth delegations from Russia and South Korea took place, too. The celebration of Korean Cultural Center was organized as well as exhibition and master classes on decorative and applied arts "The City of Masters", tea ceremony, fair of local flavour of Khabarovsk Territory, the festival of moto- and off-road vehicles "Quads. Khabarovsk territory – the territory of travel", the historical reconstruction "The warrior", photo cross country, master class in fencing, the presentation of the Centre of children tourism and the club “Aeronauts”, the parade of sailing and motor yachts. The “rope town”, a climbing wall, the museum of living history, a field kitchen were operating, too.

At the site of the sports complex "Erofey" the festival of creativity, the festival of street sports youth culture "Healthy Tomorrow” was organized as well as performances by dance clubs, flash mob, show performances by the city DJs, work-out competition.

On August 31 at the cinema "Sovkino" adventure films on tourism in Khabarovsk Territory were shown. The audience has also seen the photo exposition on tourism in the region, listened to the performance of songs by bards.
