This month, for the first time the festival of national cultures of the people of Russia in Yugra will take place in Surgut.

The performances by the artists from other regions of Russia and foreign countries will be staged at Philharmonic, told YakovChernyak, the festival director, at coordination meeting on the issues of ethnic and religious communities under the chairmanship of City Head Dmitry Popov.

According to director of the Philharmonic, the festival will open by the concert of the State Dance Ensemble of Bashkortostanon April 13. The best 75 dancers of the republic will present their art to the citizens ofUgra.

On April 24, the State Dance Ensemble of Tatarstanwill perform in Surgut.

It is assumed that in the future Surgut will host national artistic teams of dance, music, theater from the other parts of Russian Federation.
