During the event the evening of Chinese culture, exhibition of China arts and crafts, launching of kites, performances of dance and song ensembles from Inner Mongolia Province of China and Krasnoyarsk State Academic Company of Siberia Dance named after Mikhail Godenko took place.

The exhibition of Chinese artists has opened in Amur regional museum as well as the expositions provided by the State Historical Museum-reserve Lenin Hills.

On July 30 in the area regional history museum in Blagoveshchensk the exhibition of the best works by the participants of the IX All-Russia Festival of Decorative Arts "Patchwork Mosaics of Russia" (2013) will begin.

On July 31 the central square of Blagoveshchensk will host a concert.

At the festival Russia will be presented by musicians and painters from Moscow, Amur region, Khabarovsk and Primorsk territories, the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) and Chukotka autonomous area.

The main objectives of the V International Festival "Russian-Chinese fair of culture and arts" consist in making popular the achievements of national artistic creativity, identification of distinctive national artistic groups, painters, masters of decorative and applied arts, the strengthening of international cultural relations.
