Until August 31, every Sunday in Peter and Paul fortress at 12.10, after the midday cannon fire, on the balcony of Peter and Paul Cathedral free concerts of the summer festival "Sunday Trumpet Melodies" are held.

For the fourth season soloists of St. Petersburg orchestras – three trumpets and piccolo are performing festive tunes from world classics: Vivaldi, Bach, Handel, Purcell, Telemann and specially created "Sunday Trumpet Melodies".
