The action of the Center for cultural initiatives of New Moscow – the fascinating historical car quest "New Moscow - another reality" - starts on May 17 within the frames of the nationwide project "The Night at the Museum" and will last till the end of 2014. The news is released by the Department of culture of Moscow.

The duration of road adventures will be some 7-8 hours. Within that time, the quest participants will visit the only Angry Birds park in Russia, restored and dilapidated estate places, an acting monastery and a railway station as well as unravel the historical mystery and visit the places and settlements connected with the names of the writers L.N. Tolstoy, F.I. Tyutchev and K.I. Chukovsky.

Auto-quest is not merely an exciting journey for a day, yet it is a fascinating educational tour, too: visiting one place after another, players will learn a lot of interesting data about the most important places and monuments of New Moscow.

"With the attachment of new territories Moscow has gone beyond the urban environment. That symbolic "move out of the city", that was carried out by the capital, may be perceived by visiting hidden, unknown to many, corners of New Moscow - small "home" museums and monuments, romantic ruins of once top-level mansions and churches, true wonders of nature and specific suburban way of life of "new" citizens - in short, all that that one, it seems, won’t see in “old” Moscow any more. Exactly to all that the free car quest that starts on May 17 is devoted, the quest will be available for everyone wanting throughout the year" - says Elena Sologub, the director of the Center for cultural initiatives of New Moscow.

The project is organized by the Centre of cultural initiatives of New Moscow with the support of the Department of culture of the city of Moscow and the company of urban quest-adventures "Street Adventure".
