The Milk Festival "Behind Oka some Co-o ... graze”

The territory of Zaoksky (“behind Oka”) rural settlement was chosen as the site for the largest family celebration devoted to milk and milk products not by chance.

In the settlement two-thirds of its inhabitants are busy with manufacturing dairy products.

The famous cottage cheese pudding prepared according to traditional recipes can be rightfully considered as the gastronomic brand of Ryazan region.

The festival is organized to promote healthy lifestyle and proper and tasty nutrition, develop culture of consuming quality products, demonstrate high level of professionalism of the enterprises in Ryazan region, strengthen the image of Ryazan region as the largest producer of dairy products and gastronomic tourist destination.
